Do you remember a time before social media? I do!

I'm Megan

I started my career in marketing nearly 30 years ago, way before the social media boom happened. Marketing in the "before times" was all about trying to understand your audience and connect with them in the places and spaces where they hung out and were most likely to be open to hearing from you.

Social Media offers businesses everything that traditional, old-school marketing did but with the added benefit of conversation, customer and client feedback, and the ability to track efforts to see what's working.

If you're looking to increase leads, reach new audiences, or promote your services, you can't ignore social media. But you also don't have to do it all yourself.

Your Social Should Be Unique

Your business is not like everyone else's. Your marketing (and your social media is part of that) shouldn't be either. We're a little different than most agencies because we take the time to learn about your business and dig in first on who your PERFECT clients or customers are. After all, if you're not starting there then you're going to have a heck of a time identifying where you should show up, struggle to communicate your offers, and face some pretty big hurdles in making sales.

Why I Do It

My time working in big agencies taught me a lot and one of the biggest lessons was that small businesses with small budgets were never in a position to afford the professional expertise of a marketing firm. I created Socially Acceptable with the goal of leveling the playing field a bit.

I made it my mission to help as many small business owners as possible with innovative and creative marketing solutions so they could grow their businesses and find the same success that the big companies, with big budgets, could.
